Bug: Some input / output pins are grayed out and can't be selected

Hello,
When the esp32 devkit from Espressif is selected, there are some i/o pins missing on the digital input + output blocks.
The are grayed out and some enabled, but there is no support for that specific pins.
See the picture attached, I've marked the incorrect pins with a red cross.
For the input block there are issues with pins 16, 17, 20, 37 and 38.
For the output block the pins are 16, 17, and 20.
Hopefully you can solve this problem with the next release, that should be great.
Best regards,
Martin.

Hi Parth,
I overlooked the instruction to select the tickbox "override pin selection constraints".
But when selecting this function, the grayed-out pins turns on, and my application start functioning as intended.
Thanks for this quick fix, best regards,
Martin.
Hi Martin, glad to hear it is working according to your expectation. Happy we could be of help.

Hi Chandima,
That's a great solution.
Unlock all available input/output pins, then the user can decide which pins are needed for the job.
Thanks for your quick response.
Best regards,
Martin.

Hi Martin,
To help you with this, we can give a option to enable all available gpio pins according to the family(ESP32, ESP32S2, ESP32S3 or ESPC3). But we can't disable the selected pins according to the development board because it is not possible to detect the development board that you are using. Let me know opinion.

Hi Martin, please enable "override pin selection constraints" to use the remaining pins: View

Hi Chandima and Parth,
I followed the instructions to install the "digital in/out" and "uart" patch files.
But after opening Simulink with the related project file, nothing changed, the necessary pins are still grayed out.
See for the details the attached pictures.
Look forward to your quick response, best regards,
Martin.
Hi Martin, we're looking into this and will get back to you.
