FS6122 I2C Readout with STM32F407

Greetings,
I am working with STM32F407 using Waijung1 Simulink Blockset in Matlab 2019a, I want to interface SIARGO FS6122 with STM32F407 using I2C interface with the help of Waijung1. I could not receive the data on Simulink. I have attached my target and host file below.
Any help in this regard would be appreciated. Can you make a simulation file with this sensor?
