Timing is not correct. When sending data via the SPI interface the data is sent but also the signal toggles

I want to send bytes via the SPI interface evern 10ms. When I measure the timing it is 18 ms.
Another thing Inotice is that the SPI data line is toggling. Why is that and can that be avoided?

When I try to upload images the text "Forbidden" appears, why is that?
