BUG: Installation Waijung2 22.8a failed

Very annoying installation problem.
First, my previous models, created with W2.22.4, are not able to build again.
Reason is that some library links are changed by Aimagin, this results in broken links and models!
You've to fix the broken links yourself by hand Please automate broken links when these links are changed in newer Waijung versions!

Second, the latest available Waijung version will not install and you will end up with an useless system.
Rollback feature is needed when failing to install the latest version.
Please fix this annoying issue as soon as possible.

Hi Martin,

Regarding the broken links, thank you for letting us know. We are looking into this issue.

Regarding the installation error, could you please run "uninstall_waijung2.p" from the WJ 22.4 MATLAB directory and then run "install_waijung2.p" from the WJ 22.8a directory?

Hi Parth,
First un-installing the package did the trick!
But a new problem pops up, license already registered on another device.
That's strange because I only use the ESP32 blockset on a development PC.
Because of this license problem, I couldn't build and flash projects anymore.

Please go to this link: https://www.aimagin.com/en/pin/customer/pins/

Then, deactivate your license from the page.

Next, open your Waijung Manager 22.8a from MATLAB and re-enter your license key.

Let me know how it goes.

After de-activating, I could re-input my credentials and everything starts working as before!

Excellent, glad to help. Regarding the broken links, may I know which blocks you are referring to?

Hi Parth,
See the attachments for the broken library links, they are marked with red rectangles.
Hopefully Aimagin will create the possibility to automatic resolve the broken links,
because now, it's very annoying and is not sustainable for the professional user.

Hi Martin,

We have looked at this issue.

In the future we plan to automate this process to avoid any broken links when there is an update in the Waijung 2 version. It should certainly be more stable.

For now, in the interest of time, our suggestion would be to change the blocks manually (which you may have already done).
