Encoder Read block error

Error using encoder read block to measure DC motor speed. The error message is attached i keep getting this error in simulink i am quite new to this software does anyone know how to solve

Hello thamonwan,

Thank you for using our Waijung block set. It might be helpful if you could mention the following details about your system setup;
  1. The target microcontroller
  2. The Matlab version

In addition would you please be able to attach the model file that causes this error?

Used controller: FiO 2
Matlab version : R2018a
waijung version : waijung17_03a

Can you please attach the Simulink model file (.slx file) that is causing this error?
